Saturday is the big day.
Man U-Barcelona battle for the Champions League crown.
The last time these two sides met in the final Barca had their way with Sir Alex and his guys 2-0.
Will Saturday be a repeat of this?
It could well be.
The Barca cheaters have one of the best players in the world Lionel Messi. His wing mates are David Villa, Pedro, and Xavi.
Camp Nou has a ton of team speed.
The mighty boys from Old Trafford have Dimitar Berbatov, Wayne Rooney, and Chicharito.
This should be a great one.
The Red Devils are playing in their house Wembley.

On this fine Saturday, two sides were crowned champions. We can call Manchester the city of champions.
Man U eked a one all tie with Blackburn while Man City scored a 1-0 win over Stoke City to win The FA Cup.
Way to go garoto.
The mighty boys from Old Trafford needed just a tie to win a record 19th EPL crown.
The Rovers scored first in the 20th minute off a deadly close range strike by Brett Emerton.
The Red Devils applied the pressure. Finally, a great ball fired into the box. Chicharito chased it down however Rovers keeper Paul Robinson was forced to challenge the play.
Robinson clearly fouled Javier Hernandez.
PK was awarded.
The Rooney man nailed this sucker in the 73rd minute.
Game, set, and title to Man U.
The Citizens on the hand had four first half chances to ram the ball into the back of the net.
Stoke City keeper Thomas Sorenson kept the door closed.
The entire pitch was tilted in City’s favour.
In the second half the Potters kept it close but Man City was able apply the pressure once again.
In the 74th minute Gneri Toure Yaya rammed home a rebound to give City their first title in 35 years.’
In other key matches saw Blackpool defeat Bolton 4-3.
Wolves destroyed Sunderland 3-1.
There are two key match to be played later today.
West Ham and Wigan will battle it out.
Birmingham battles Fulham.
The Hammers and the Wigs guys are at the butt end of the table.
If the Latics win this will give them 39 points and keep them with a shot at moving out of the you’re outta here zone.
If West Ham wins this will give them 36 points but the Hammers need to win and hope for a miracle to move out of the bye-bye zone.
The butt end of the table looks like this.
West Ham is dead last in 20th place with 33 points.
Wigan is in 19th place with 36 points.
The Seasiders are in 18th place with 39 points.
Birmingham is one step above stink in 17th place with 39 points.
Blues have a minus 21 while Blackpool is a minus 23.
Wolverhampton may be outta danger in 16th place with 40 points.
One match left in the season.
Oh what a day.

Man U showed why they are one of the top club teams in the world. Sir Alex and the boys defeated Schalke 04 2-0.
It should have been lots more but Rooney and his mates couldn’t connect with the back of the net until the second half.
The Rooney man’s slight of hand or I mean foot set up mate Ryan Giggs in the 67th minute.
The German side never had a chance.
Wayne Rooney ripped the twines in the 69th minute to make it 2-nil Red Devils.
The mighty boys from Old Trafford had an amazing 13 scoring chances.
I mean folks these were real ones.
It should be a 13-0 whitewash.
All Sir Alex and his chargers need to do is hold serve at Old Trafford.
I don’t think the German side Schalke 04 will score three goals and beat the Red Devils.
Stranger things have happened.
Sir Alex had this to say- “Our concentration, intensity and speed of passing was excellent,” Ferguson told Sky Sports. “We had less chances in the second half but were more dangerous, when Chicharito scored and it was offside it told the players they could beat the goalkeeper.”
The boss man Sir Alex used the same side that started against Chelsea in the Champions League return leg last week.
“The continuity of selection in these games gives us good experience and work-rate and I have good options with the likes of Nani, Scholes and Anderson. We have selection problems now but that is what we want.”\
About resting key players in next weeks return leg- “Depending on the result on Sunday [at Arsenal] I could make two or three changes because we play Chelsea the following weekend.”
“We are a bit disappointed we didn’t take more chances but overall we are delighted with the performance. In the first half especially we had some good chances and we were disappointed at half time not to be in front.”
The Wayne man said don’t count your chickens before they are hatched- “Schalke are a good team and we can’t take them lightly. We need to make sure we are professional and full concentrated.”
Ryan Giggs praised the German keeper – “We knew that if we kept creating chances one would go in and hopefully I would get one on my left foot rather than my right,” he said. “Before the game we would have taken 2-0 but now we are slightly disappointed.”
Up next for Sir Alex and the boys is a hot date with my Gunners at Emirates on Sunday.

The mighty boys from Old Trafford had a real good chance of driving a stake into the heart of my Gunners chances of winning the EPL crown but low and behold Toons put up a hell of fight to hold Man U to a nil-nil draw at St. James Park.
Man U had two really wonderful scoring chances but Ryan Giggs and Wayne Rooney fired blanks.
Newcastle had their chances as well too
Man U was rock solid on the “D” end.
Will this tie hurt Sir Alex and the boys?
We will find out for the mighty boys from Old Trafford have a match with Arsenal at Emirates and Chelsea at home in the final six games.
Sir Alex and the boys is top dog with 70 points.
Arsenal is in second place with 63 points.
My Gunners have a huge match with Tottenham at White Hart Lane later today.
This is a must win situation for Arsene Wenger and the guys.
A tie or a loss will not do.
If we win this will cut the gap to four points with only six matches left on the schedule.
Chelsea battles as a struggling Birmingham side at Stamford Bridge.
Blues are have 38 points.
Birmingham is only seven points outta the heave-hoe zone.
Blackpool is in the 17th spot with 33 points.
The race is on for both the title and the bye-bye zone.

My Gunners have a huge match with Liverpool at our house Emirates on Sunday. This is more than life or death. Wenger and the guys need to win this sucker against the Reds if we want to entertain a shot at taking the EPL title away from Man U.
Let’s remember Liverpool destroyed Man U and Man City at their house Anfield but this puppy is on the road. Liverpool stinks on the road. The Reds have ten road losses but with my Gunners who knows what the hell is going to happen.
Arsenal can find a way to screw up a wet dream.
Man U is off until Tuesday.
Sir Alex and the boys have 69 points.
Arsenal is in second place with 63 points.
The Blues are third with 58 points.
By Wednesday all sides will have six matches left.
The way it looks now it is a two team race for the title.
Man U is in the catbird seat.
The past two weeks Man U has played lights out.
Rooney and the guys are playing great.
Dimitar Berbatov is the EPL’s top scorer with 21 big ones.
So lets see how things shake out when the dust settles on Thursday.

It’s the weekend and it’s time for the EPL. The guys are back in action. I love it.
Man U has a hot date at Old Trafford with Fulham.
The Red Devils are in the catbird seat with 66 points.
My guys from Arsenal are in the second slot with 59 points.
City is third with 56.
Wayne Rooney will be MIA due to cursing out a ref in last weeks match against West Ham.
Sir Alex and the boys should not miss a beat with the leagues top scorer Dimitar Berbatov. Berbatov has found the back of the net 20 times.
Rio Ferdinand will be back anchoring the “D”.
Man U cannot afford to be lax in this puppy.
Remember my guys from Arsenal have a game in hand.
The Gunners battle Blackpool at Bloomfield Park.
The Seasiders have a habit of playing the big boys tough at home.
We have to be very careful.
The Barca hangover is still a loom of gloom over the Gunners heads.
Robin Van Persie, Samir Nasri, and the rest need to attack, attack, and stop giving up stupid goals.
Cesc Fabregas will play. Wenger said- “Cesc is fit to start,” confirmed the manager at his pre-match press conference. “We have some problems with Sagna and with Song, who will be out [with a knee injury], and Walcott as well.
Wenger went on to say- “Song definitely won’t play but he should be available for next week. There is a big doubt about Walcott, it’s his ankle again. He will have a late fitness test.
“Sagna has a knee problem and has a scan today [Friday]. Everybody else should be available.”
City is nipping at my Gunners heels in third place only three points out.
City takes on Liverpool on Monday at Anfield.
Chelsea is at the friendly confines of Stamford Bridge to battle heave –hoe bound Wigan.

The Rooney Man struck once for Man U. This was enough to give Sir Alex and the boys a 1-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Rooney nailed the match winner in the 24th minute.
Mate Ryan Gigs fired a great pass into the box. Rooney wheeled and dealed and found the back of the net.
Buda bing buda boom off the post for gold.
Game, set, and match to Man U.
The Red Devils have the all important road goal.
The return match is set for Old Trafford on April 12th.
Let the fun and games begin.
The dirty cheaters Barca blasted Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1.
This sucker wasn’t even close.
Barca’s whitewash of Shakhtar almost insures the cheaters are into the semifinals.
Sure, Barca gave up an away goal but for Shakhtar to make up four home goals is almost impossible.
Andres Iniesta, Dani Alves, Gerard Pique, Seydou Keita, and Xavi ripped the twines for the dirty Barca cheaters.

England leaped to the head of the class with a huge 2-0 win over lowly Wales in Group G play.
Three Lions were clearly superior on this day. Frank Lampard nailed the gimmie PK in the 7th minute.
A great penetration dribble drive into the box set this sucker up by Ashley Cole.
Darren Bent hit the roof of the net in the 14th minute to make 2-0 England.
Glenn Johnson spilt the Welch “D”. Ashley Cole release and gets the pass. A one timer to Bent. Buda bing buda boom game, set, and match to Three Lions.
England sits a top Group G with ten points.
The only downer for the English side Rooney picked up a stupid yellow card and this will cost Three Lions dearly. Rooney has to sit out the next match.
In the Taco Rio Botafogo and Boavista tied nil-nil. This is a hug turn of events for Flamengo.
Mengao is in third place in the Taco Rio Group A with ten points.
Rubro-Negro has a game in hand.
We have eight points.
On Sunday, Flamengo battles Madureira. Madureira is in 7th place in Group B with three points.
They are one step of bottom feeder Bangu.
This is a must win for Mengao.
In the Clausura, River Plate picked up a huge 2-1 win over Newell’s Old Boys.
Los Millionaires are now in 4th place with 12 points.
Later today, the top clubs will be in action.

We are now in an international break so the EPL and the other leagues have a two-week break as the European Countries prepare for the European Championships qualifying rounds.
I hate to sound like a broken record but these matches are ruining the top stars of the world.
Why do you think Wayne Rooney has struggled these past few years?
Rio Ferdinand is always hurt and I will give you three guess and the first two don’t count.
The players need to form a union and stop this insanity.
Cesc Fabregas is coming back from and injury. So is Robin Van Persie.
Kaka just blew out his knee again.
What part of players need a rest don’t these federations get?
Oh yea, I forgot it is all about the Benjamin’s.
Money talks and bullshit walks.
News outta Flamengo is this. The club is making an effort to keep their young star players under a long-term contract.
A assinatura do novo compromisso ocorrerá nesta quinta-feira.
When Flamengo lost keeper Bruno due to murder charges filed against him, Mengao was in a world of hurt.
Rubro-Negro almost was sent packing. Sure, Marcelo Lomba played but he was not the answer so finally Patricia Amorim did the right thing and signed Felipe as the new keeper.
So far, it has worked out well for us Flamenguistas. Felipe has given up eight goals in 13 matches.
Way to go garoto.
Felipe does have a wild side and this was a cause for concern. He likes to wear the Mohican hairstyle however he cut his locks.

My guys Gunners were unceremoniously given the heave-hoe from another Cup competition.
Man U took it to Arsenal 2-0.
This gives my Gunners two straight losses since the comeback win against Barcelona two weeks ago.
This is not good garoto.
One thing I have learned and observed over the years is this when Sir Alex and his boys have stunk the joint out and has their collective backs against the wall the Red Devils will come out breathing fire.
Man U will kick ass and take names.
This is what the mighty boys from Old Trafford did on this fine Saturday.
Sir Alex tweaked the line up.
He inserted Fabio De Silva in the starting line up.
This paid handsome dividends for the Red Devils.
Fabio scored the opening goal of the match in the 28th minute.
A great pass set up Fabio for the goal. His brother Rafael started this baby off. Rafael feeds Wayne Rooney. Rooney hands the ball off to Hernandez. Hernandez fires a shot right at the keeper Almunia. Block. Save. Kick out. Score off the rebound Fabio.
Rooney seals the deal in the 49th minute with a rebound header into the back of the net.
Game, set, and match to Sir Alex and the boys.
Man U makes it to their 29th FA Cup semifinal.
Give Sir Alex credit for what he does best win futebol games.
The old master moved his two Brasileiros up and coming stars into the attacking zone.
This tweak gave the old fox the win.
My Gunners are on the ropes.
This is not good.
Getting robbed in the Champions League and then stinking the joint out against a hated rival four days later is not a good sign.
We are on the ropes getting ready to get knocked out.
Maybe it’s time to change skippers.
When a team hits a plateau usually management will get rid of the guy who guided them there for another.
In Arsenal’s last four matches, the Gunners have one win, one loss, and one draw.
My Gunners have one chance at a title The EPL.
This season is looking mighty shaky.
Sir Alex out coached Arsene Wenger.
This is what Wenger had to say about the match with Man U -We had good control of the game. Manchester United had very few chances, they scored with almost their first attempt on goal. After that, we put them in a position they like to be [in] – on the counter attack. They are strong and they are clinical in front of goal. In the second half we had a good opportunity to come back to 1-1 and two minutes later it was 2-0. As long as you cannot come back to 2-1, they are comfortable. In the end, I cannot fault our effort. Things do not go our way at the moment. We have to keep going, support each other and come back strong. It was a strange game, we put a lot of effort in. At the moment, every goalkeeper against us is Man of the Match. I still believe, subconsciously, the disappointment of Tuesday night has played a part today. You could see something has gone, not in our effort or our attitude, but confidence wise.
On the EPL Title- I believe that we can do it. It is a good test for us now, to show that we can regroup, show our mental strength and respond quickly. We have a week without a midweek game, that is the first time for a long time. Unfortunately, we lost Johan Djourou for the rest of the season. It will be difficult. We have a good opportunity to show that we are solid.
Is the season heading into the shits- No. I am very disappointed. We lost three challenges in a strange way. We were not outplayed today but we were punished by a team who were more clinical than us.
In non coach speak this means yes, folks the Gunners are in deep trouble. This match with Man U was huge. We lost it and now we are on the verge of going into a tail spin.
I think my Gunners are still hung over from getting robbed at Barca.
In plain and simple english Arsenal is in deep do-do.
Wenger said this about the Barca robbery- I was very disappointed but I was not affected. I thought we would qualify today. They are always very efficient and if you do not take your chances you don’t win the games against them.
You weren’t but the players were and they played like it. It is the coach’s responsibility to get the guys focused on the goal at hand.
It is time for Wenger to go.
Gunner for life.
