Man U scored in the final moments of injury time to stick a fork in City’s chances of winning a berth in the Champions League.
Scholes header off a great pass from mate Evra was squeezed between the keeper Shay Given and the right post.
Patrice Evra’s assist may have lifted the boys from Old Trafford to a historic four peat.
Man U rose from the dead to beat man City 1-0.
Paul Scholes was the hero but Patrice Evra’s dramatic run up the left side of the pitch coupled with his perfectly placed ball deep into the teeth of the City box gave Man U new life in the EPL title race.
You gotta live it baby.
Scholes is a PT player. This means he is a prime time player baby.
It sure looked like City and the mighty boys from Old Trafford would end up in a nil-nil tie.

Both Spurs and Man U fans are happy as sin.

Oh yes baby the race is on.
Chelsea is the top dog with 77 points. Man U is second with 76. Arsenal is third with 71. We have a game in hand. Tottenham is fourth with 64 and Man City is fifth with 62.

This is for all the marbles Saturday. I call this nut-cutting Saturday. This is where we separate the boys from the girls and pretenders from the contenders.
City and Man U will go at it at the City of Manchester. City needs to win this baby if they want to hang on to the final Champions League spot.
Man U needs this puppy badly as well. For the mighty boys from Old Trafford are in a death match with Chelsea to see which side will win the EPL crown.
Man U is going for the historic four peat.
The story lines are these. Tevez and Sir Alex. Will the Rooney man step up and kick butt? Will Tevez get his revenge against Sir Alex?
Can Man U man up and win?
For if they surely lose or draw the Red Devils can kiss the title adios sucker.
Spurs take on Chelsea at White Hart Lane. Tottenham kicked our butts (Arsenal) 2-1. Will Spurs get a repeat or will the Blues kick ass?
Spurs are in do or die situation. Win and you are still in contention for the final Champions League spot. Lose and it is bye-bye.
Chelsea needs this joker as well. Win and the title will be yours. Lose and it is Katie bar the door.
Best case for Man U beat City and see Spurs win.

Nicholas Bendtner added a cosmetic goal in the 85th minute to make the final score a respectable 2-1 outcome.
Spurs now trail Man City by one point in the chase for the final Champions League spot.
Oh Yes, what a relief it is.

The Blues are the top dog for they have the best road record.

The Red Devils had at least ten chances to get the full three points.
Dimitar Berbatov was the main culprit. This sorry excuse for a striker missed three point blank shots on goal. Berbatov should join the mason for he is better at making bricks than goals.
This tie may have surely cost Man U a shot at the historic four peat.
You can sum up Man U’s performance in two words- you stink.
Nil-nil ties were the order of the day.
Liverpool had a chance to stay within striking distance of Man City but no the Reds blew it big time at home in Anfield. Liverpool and Fulham tied nil-nil.
Sure big time scorer Fernando Torres was absent but jeez give me a break will someone step to the plate and find the back of net.
Not on this day.
Liverpool dominated play but what good does that do if you can’t hit pay dirt.
You can stick a fork in the Reds chances of returning to the Champions League.
Manchester City took care of business against Birmingham winning 5-1.
Emmanuel Adebayor hit the daily double-43rd and 88th minutes.
Carlos Tevez scored via the PK route in the 43rd minute.

So, what else is new. Chelsea ripped Aston Villa 3-0 in semifinals of the FA Cup.
Didier Drogba, Florent Malouda, and Frank Lampard rammed the twines to lead the Blues in the massacre of Villa.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
Chelsea will have an FA Cup Finals date with either Tottenham or Portsmouth. The Spurs and Pompey will play on Sunday.
The bad news for Portsmouth is this. Pompey was given their walking papers from the EPL.

These two matches are of extreme importance to Hull City, West Ham, and Burnley.
The Hammers, the Tigers, and the Clarets are on the verge of extinction in The EPL.
If either the Clarets or the Tigers win this baby, the loser will have a fork stuck in their chances staying afloat in The EPL.
One of the FA Cup semifinals will be happening as well too on Saturday.
Chelsea and Aston Villa have a hot date at Wembley Stadium.
Last time out the Blues killed Villa 7-2. Will we have a repeat of the massacre?

Is this a dagger to the heart of Man U’s dreams of a four peat?
Time will tell.
There are five matches left.
Did the Champions League mid week tussle with Bayern Munich take the wind of the Red Devils sails?
Yes. Rooney went down
Ouch, that hurts.
My Gunners escaped by the hair of their chinny chin-chin when Nicholas Bendtner knocked home the winner in the dying moments (90th minute) of the match to lift Arsenal past a very scrappy Wolverhampton 1-0 at our house Emirates.
Bendtner’s goal saved our title chances.
If this baby ended in a tie, we could have kissed our title hopes bye-bye.
The shocker of the day was Sunderland taking it to Tottenham 3-1.
This was a classic ass kicking.
Before the Spurs could catch their breath, the Black Cats were up 2-nil.
Sunderland missed two gimmie PK’s by Darren Bent in the 41st and 62nd minutes.

The mighty boys from Old Trafford are a top the table with 72 points. Man U lost Bayern Munich in the 2-1 in the first stage of their quarterfinal match in Munich’s house on Tuesday.
The bad news is this. The Rooney man was hurt. If this puppy is serious Man U is in heap big do-do.
It turns out the Wayne man will miss the Chelsea match on Saturday.

This part of the season is very tricky for the front-runners. This is the time of the season when teams at the lower end of table can come up and bite you in the butt.
Man U, Chelsea, and Arsenal better not have a let down.
This is for all the marbles.
The team that can win on the road and hold serve at home will win the Championship.
Don’t doubt me on this.
We need to come out blazing fire out of our butts and send West Ham home packing with a bad assed spanking big time.
We need the points.
This is not the kind and gentle explanation many folks are used to but this is the simple fact you have to win these suckers.
Kick butt. Take names. And win baby.
It is as simple as that.
Oh yes, one other thing. This is where we separate the pretenders from the contenders.
Arsenal is the real deal.
The biggie happens on Sunday. This is when Liverpool-Man U battle it out at Old Trafford.
