Fluminense is the Champ. Flu TCB on Sunday. Tricolor was top dog from the 25^th week of the season on. Flu kicked ass and took names on the other hand Flamengo stunk the joint out.

Chief idiot Patricia Amorim ran Mengao into the ground. It took her only one year to destroy the 2009 champion.

Way to garoto.

At least we didn’t get the heave-hoe.

Vitoria, Guarani, Goias, and Gremio Prudente are sent packing.

Cruzeiro finished two points behind Fluminense.

Raposa defeated Palmeiras 2-1 in the final match season.

Flu’s win was by a razor thin margin.

Fluminense had 71 points.

Cruzeiro had 69.

Corinthians was third with 68.

Coritiba, Figueirense, Bahia, and America-MG were promoted to the Campeonato.

Brasileiro futebol is off until mid January.

Mengao needs a major overhaul.

Mengao almost did the unthinkable. Flamengo fell behind early when Jean flipped the ball into his own net past a stunned keeper Marcelo Lomba in the 2^nd minute.

Jeez, here we go again.

In the final moments, Deivid dialed up a long-range bomb that found its target in the 45^th minute.

A loss would have killed us big time.

A tie is okay but a win would have been much better.

This insane futebol schedule has to stop.

Too many players are getting hurt.

Some of these injuries could be career ending.

The body needs to rest.

FIFA please wake the blank up and stop forcing players to play upwards of 150 matches a year without a break.

Players you need to form a union to stop this BS.

The latest example is England’s Michael Dawson blew out his knee in the 56^th minute.

This injury could be career ending.

Dawson plays for Spurs.

Please stop this insanity.

Pele had a long and great career but Pele didn’t play year in and year out 24-7 three hundred and sixty days a year futebol.

Pele took at least three months off to rest.

Futebol needs a players union to protect them from the evil FIFA idiots who have set up this insane futebol schedule.

Let someone with a lick of sense give the players at least three months off too rest.

These injuries are occurring at a higher rate.

Enough said on this.

Corinthians fell behind 1-0 to Goias before scoring the next five goals to win going away 5-1.

Timao is the real deal.

Corinthians Iarley hit for the daily double.

Botafogo jumped out to an early 2-0 lead before Gremio came back to score two second half goals to tie this sucker up at two all.

This was a huge loss of two points for Fogao.

Vasco defeated Ceara 2-0.

Corinthians is now one point behind league leader Fluminense.

Flu has 38 points while Timao has 37.

Botafogo had a chance to cut the gap to five points instead Fogao now has 31 points.

Fluminense and Corinthians each have a game in hand.

Vasco now has 26 points.

Gigante da Colina is in seventh place.

Flamengo drops to 15^th place.

Mengao has a huge match against Santo on Sunday.

Peixe is in fourth place with 20 points.

We have to win this sucker at home-Maracanã.

Mengao has a huge match with Internacional on Sunday in Porto Alegre. Both Flamengo and Colorado both have 16 points but Internacional is in fourth place by having five wins compared with Rubro-Negro’s four wins.

I am not saying this is a must win situation however Flamengo must play a lot better if they want to compete for the title.

Fluminense is top dog with 22 points.

Corinthians is in second place with 21.

Botafogo takes on Fluminense at Estadio Olimpico in Rio de Janeiro.

This is a huge derby for both sides.

Fogao is one step above the drop zone in 16^th place.

Corinthians takes on Guarani-SP.

Burge is mid table 10^th place.

Six points separate the top six clubs.

Maximum points are a premium for Flamengo, Internacional, Timao, and Flu.

Bottom feeders Gremio and Atletico-PR need to get the W.

Gremio battles Cruzeiro while Furacao takes Goias.

We have some huge matches that place on Wednesday. Corinthians and Ceara each had 17 points.

These two sides will meet at Vovo house in Rei Pele.

Sao Paulo is taking on mid table Avai in Mouribi.

Tricolor cannot afford to lose this sucker.

If Sao Paulo loses and either Timao or Vovo win this will drop Tricolor further off the pace.

We are only seven matches into the season. There is lots of futebol to be played but eight out of ten times that side that gets off to a hot start will usually win the Campeonato.

Last year was the exception when Mengao came roaring back after a horrible start.

I don’t think this is going to happen this year.

Flamengo is missing the drug addict and drunk Adriano, the murder Bruno, and Vagner Love.

This year we may wind up at the bottom of the heap.

Lets see what happens after Rubro-Negro’s match against Botafogo on Wednesday.

I am sure hoping we play better than our last outing against Goias on June 6^th, which Mengao lost 2-1.

The funny thing is this Flamengo, Fogao, Palmeiras, and Cruzeiro each has nine points.

We have arrived at the World Cup break. Mengao has off until July 7^th.

Flamengo dropped five places to ninth place after Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Goias.

Corinthians sits a top the Campeonato with 17 points.

Timao escaped with two all draw against Botafogo.

Ceara is in second place with 16 points.

Vovo shut out Atletico-MG 1-0.

Flu sits in third place with 15 points.

Santos jumped all over Vasco 4-0.

My Friend Gil is very sad that his Gigante da Colina sinks big time.

Vasco is near the butt end of the table with five points.

If Gigante da Colinas continues on this path they will get sent down again.

Vasco was just newly promoted at the start of Campeonato.

Verdao is in seventh place with ten points.

Four points separate fourth place from 15^th place.

Sao Paulo sits in sixth place with eleven points.

Tricolor took it to Gremio 3-1.

We are off until July 7^th.

For the next month, we will talk about the World Cup.

The Gee Man will talk about his Brasil as well as the United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile.

Flamengo stunk the joint out in a 2-1 loss at Maracanã.

Mengao had a chance to move up the table but no! Rubro-Negro gave up two late second-half goals.

This sucks big time.

This win marked the first time Goias won at Maracanã in fourteen years.

Both teams played like crap. Menago was worse. Sure Flamengo was missing several key players but this is just an excuse. Lourenco needs to make sure the players are ready to play. This is his job.

Sure Lourenço made changes but they didn’t work.

O técnico Rogério Lourenço trocou o volante Maldonado, lento em campo, pelo meia Camacho. E logo aos 18 segundos o garoto rolou para Mezenga, que chegou atrasado e perdeu a primeira chance. Mengao struck first in the 51^st minute. Toro ripped the twines to give us a 1-0 lead. This goal was set up a great centering pass into the teeth of the box.

Toro side stepped a Goias defender and slipped the ball into the back of the net.

Then all hell broke loose.

The Mengao “D” fell apart.

Verdao scored in the 84^th and 87^th minutes to spell defeat for us.

Douglas dead on free kick from 35 yards out flat out beat Bruno top shelf right.

Wellington did the famous shirt tug on Hugo.

Yellow card and free kick resulted in the buda bing buda boom.

Otacilo Neto easily made his way thru the Flamengo “D.”

A juke right and then a side step left. Shot. Goal Neto.

Bruno never had a chance.

Bruno got his paw on the ball but he couldn’t keep the shot out.

Goias wins 2-1

This is not the way to enter the World Cup break.

This might cost Mengao a shot at the title.

This gives us two losses at home.

The Flamenguista nation is sad and sick all at the same time.

The good news is this.

Ronaldinho Gaucho and Riquelme may be headed to Flamengo.

Mengao has two more matches before a month long break for World Cup play.

Flamengo battles Palmeiras on Wednesday in Sao Paulo and then we return home to battle Goias at Maracanã on Saturday.

These next two matches are of extreme importance to Rubro-Negro.

Mengao needs wins not draws or losses.

With Love on the way out in July, Flamengo needs the Love man to score a plethora of goals.

Mengao needs it now not a month from now.

Corinthians has 13 points.

This is a six point differential.

Sure, we made up 13 points in a little more than a month but this year is different.

First Andrade was the headman. Second Adriano was playing top flight futebol now he’s gone. Third, Patricia Amorim is the new Prez. She fired Andrade. Both Love and Adriano are gone.  Finally, Rubro-Negro has no firepower.

It could be a long season.

Now the idiot in chief Rogerio Lourenço has a new director of  player personal for Mengao. It is former Flamengo star Zico.

Little good this will do. We need players not some lackey who is going to kiss Patricia’s butt and do nothing.

Both Zico and Lourenço were Flamengo teammates.

Go out and bring in some players. For example, a striker, a midfielder, and a defender would go a long way to heal our woes.
